Your Staff Will Not Share Something Fake

You can buy reach. You cannot buy the moment an employee sends a film to a customer and says “this is us.” That forward is worth more than a boost, because it arrives from a person the customer already knows. It only happens when the employee is willing to defend what is on screen.

A generated advert rarely gets that far. People inside the company watch it once, recognise that it is not them, and leave it in the group chat. The campaign then depends entirely on paid reach, which is the more expensive way to be ignored.

Why they stay quiet

They were not asked. The film makes their job look easier or flashier than it is, and they do not want a customer to arrive with the wrong picture. Or it makes them look foolish, and they will not attach their name to it. None of these are attitude problems. They are a briefing problem. Fix the film, do not instruct adults to “engage with the content.”

What they will send

A clear picture of work they are proud of. A colleague who sounds like themselves. A result that will not embarrass them if a customer quotes it back. That is the same material in your employees are the proof. If you are hiring, it is also what a candidate believes, which is why hiring and marketing are now the same surface.

How to know before you publish

Show the cut to two people who do the job, not to the person who approved the invoice. If they wince, do not post it. How to film a team without forcing a performance is in authentic video when you already have people.
