The Problem
Cyprus Procurement had built something genuinely useful, a platform connecting service seekers with service providers across the country. But a platform is only as good as the people on it. Without enough users on both sides, the whole thing stalls. Not enough seekers, providers have nothing to bid on. Not enough providers, seekers have nowhere to turn.
They needed real signups, fast, and from people who’d actually use the platform.
What We Did
We built Meta Ads campaigns aimed straight at the platform’s core audience, people looking for work and businesses looking for services. No vague brand awareness plays. Every ad pointed at one action: sign up.
We tested messaging that spoke directly to what people actually want, “find new work,” clear and simple, and let the platform do the rest.
Results
In just 1 month, Cyprus Procurement picked up 70 new signups.
Service seekers grew from 157 to 172, and service providers jumped from 245 to 301, a real, meaningful increase in the people actually using the platform day to day.
That’s not a vanity number. Every one of those signups is a real person or business now part of the marketplace, either looking for work or offering it. For a platform still building its base, that kind of growth in a single month changes what’s possible on both sides of the marketplace.
