The Problem

CH Sofa Spa had a website, technically. It was built with AI, functional but generic, the kind of site that doesn’t actually convince anyone of anything. It wasn’t addressing why someone might hesitate to book, and it definitely wasn’t set up to turn interest into an actual booking without a slow back and forth of messages first.

They had demand out there, they just weren’t capturing it properly.

What We Did

We took the AI-built website apart and rebuilt it around an actual strategy. We looked at the real objections potential customers had, the hesitations, the questions, the doubts, and rebuilt the landing page to answer them before they even came up. Every section earned its place by moving someone closer to booking.

On top of the redesign, we integrated a fast booking system directly into the site, so instead of messaging back and forth to lock in a time, customers could book in a couple of clicks. Less friction, less waiting, more people actually following through.

Results

The shift was immediate. Monthly messages went down, but bookings went up, proof that the friction was the problem all along, not a lack of interest. Average order value climbed too, the new page did the work of pre-selling the value before anyone ever got to checkout.

The clearest sign it worked came straight from the client. They called us, half joking, to say they hated us, because they were now fully booked 3 months in advance and could barely keep up with the clients coming in. That’s the kind of problem every business wants.
