Why SEO cannot be instant

Search engines need time to crawl your website, understand your content, and compare it against every other website competing for the same searches. Even if everything is done perfectly on day one, Google still needs time to trust that your website deserves to rank higher. This trust builds gradually, not instantly.

A brand new website with no history usually takes longer than an older website that already has some trust built up. How competitive your industry is also matters a lot.
