One Filming Day for Sales and Hiring
A company with staff does not need a brand epic. It needs a set of true films that a salesperson can send and a candidate can watch. One planned visit can do that, if the day is built around decisions rather than around “content.”
The mistake is to try to cover every service, every location, and a message from the director. You will get a long film nobody forwards. Pick the job you most need to sell, and the role you most need to fill. Film those.
What to capture
The work, in the real room, with the person who does it. One explanation, in their words, of what a customer or a new colleague should expect. One result you will sign: a booking pattern, a lead count, a standard you keep. Not a slogan. If the director wants to appear, a short introduction is enough. The rest should be the operation. How to choose that person without a performance is in authentic video when you already have a team.
Where each cut goes
A cut for the salesperson to send before a meeting. That job is described in video that helps a sales team close. A cut for the job post and the page a candidate opens. That job is in hiring is a marketing problem. A cut you are willing to put ad spend behind, because it is true. Generated ads are not a substitute for this visit. They cannot film the floor.
What we need from you
About an hour of access, people who have been told why they are being filmed, and someone who can say whether a line is accurate. We write the points before we arrive so the day is not a wander around the building. The first month, in more detail, is in what the first month looks like. If this is the right shape for your company, start at a conversation or go straight to the video work.
